Windows CE resources Windows CE Online WinCE City has lots of interesting stuff to offer, discussion boards for anything related to Windows CE, product reviews, tips, tricks, and links to other Windows CE sites. CEMonster is a section of PDA Central. It is easy to use and offers lots of well-categorized freeware and shareware applications for download.
